Qualification : Post Graduate in concerned specialty recognized by MCI and Post qualification and post qualification experience of 3 years and MCI/ State MC Registration.
Age Limit : 64 years
Application Fee : Candidates belonging General/OBC have to pay Rs. 300/- through Demand Draft/Bank Cheques payable in favour of ESIC Fund A/C No. 01 payable at Ahmedabad. candidates belonging SC/ST/PWD/Ex-servicemen/Women are Exempted from payment of fee.
