Job Description
Lead the business analysis for
different Retail Banking Investment products (Life Insurance, Mutual Funds,
General Insurance, Axis Direct and Axix AMC) and channels
Monitor business performance, analyze
variance drivers, and provide periodic updates to senior management.
Provide insight on key performance trends and identify risks/opportunities
towards meeting business targets.
Lead a team of analysts
Provide thought leadership to long-term
strategic planning process by delivering insightful analysis and perspective.
Support product managers and sales
managers in understanding key business drivers and drive actionable insights to
improve the business topline and bottom line.
Conduct other adhoc analyses as needed.
Lead a team of analyst(s) fostering a
high performance culture.
