Job Description :
1.Identifies debit and ATM fraud trends and the likely points of compromise via Video Surveillance of high risk areas.
2.Respond to reports triggered due to possible ATM fraud.
3.Assist in developing ideas to further enhance ATM video surveillance.
4.Maintain records of ATM fraud incidents, actions taken, and their outcomes
5.Effectively identify when hold information is incorrect
6.Reconcile daily work functions completely by the Deposit Fraud Team.
7.Must be able to follow directions and execute tasks efficiently following regulatory and customer experience requirements and procedures
8.Accurately place reg cc holds
