Examination (II) will be as under:
• National Defence Academy: 355 Vacancies (208 for Army, 55 for Navy and 92 for Air Force) • Naval Academy (10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme): 55 Vacancies

 Eligibility Criteria for NDA and NA (II) Exam 2016:
Eligibility :
For Indian Army wing of National Defence Academy: The candidates must have passed or be appearing in class 12th from a recognised board or university. For Air Force and Navy wings of National Defence Academy: The candidates must have passed or be appearing in class 12th with Physics and Mathematics from a recognised board or university.
Age Limit: Born not earlier than 2nd Jan, 1998
and not later than 1st Jan, 2001.
NDA Selection Process: NDA exam is one of the highly
competitive examinations in the country. Every year, thousands of students
appear for the NDA exam to become a commissioned officer in the Indian
Defence Forces. The candidate selection process comprises two phases:
1.Written Test 2.SSB Interview
Application Fee: The candidates have to pay Rs. 100
through the online banking facility by SBI bank or they may deposit cash at
any branch of SBI.
